2-15 ounce cans whole kernel corn, (drained)
2-15 ounce cans cream style corn
2 boxes of Jiffy corn mix
1 cup softened butter
2 cups sour cream (or) ricotta cheese
4 tablespoons sugar
MIX THOROUGHLY.
Grease a 13" x 9" or two 10" round casserole dishes
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Casserole must be firm in center when done.
Test with tooth pick.
