1-1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
20 ounce can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
Mix all ingredients by hand.
Do not over beat.
Bake in 9x13 inch pan, 350 degrees, for 45 minutes.
FROSTING
8 ounces cream cheese
1-1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar
1/4 pound butter or margarine
2 teaspoons vanilla
Mix thoroughly.
Frost cooled cake.
Refrigerate.
